Director, Loyalty Strategy Consulting Sales Apply to join Mastercards Loyalty & Personalization Consulting practice as a senior strategic sales leader. Mastercard Services is the professional services arm of Mastercard Worldwide, offering payments-focused consulting, marketing, information, and risk management services to financial institutions and merchants worldwide. With unique category expertise and a track record of addressing complex challenges throughout the payments lifecycle, MasterCard Advisors enhances Mastercards strategic performance and establishes global thought leadership. Responsibilities Drive growth: Identify and develop new client relationships and grow existing relationships across APAC. Provide expertise: Develop deep understanding of loyalty consulting services and broader industry trends to tailor services to client needs. Own the sale: Manage the endtoend sale of loyalty consulting services, collaborating with partner sales and consulting delivery teams. Lead clients: Cultivate lasting relationships with senior clients (VP+) as a trusted partner throughout the sales process and project delivery. Collaborate effectively: Work closely with regional partners across Sales, Delivery, and Product to deliver the best of Mastercard to clients. Sales pipeline management: Accountable for running and processing pipeline activities. Qualifications Experience in loyalty, CRM, digital marketing, and/or personalization at an established bank, brand, and/or top consulting firm. Experience working as a consultant or other professional services role with experience selling to financial institutions. Strong executive presence with experience working with regional and multinational company executives. Demonstrated expertise in securing internal buyins and adeptly navigating a complex matrix organization. Ability to communicate complex ideas in dynamic situations. History of navigating ambiguity in an unstructured, highgrowth environment. Understands and can speak to the interaction between business and technology. High level of entrepreneurship, creativity, ownership, and business acumen. Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercards security policies and practices. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed. Report any suspected information security violation or breach. Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercards guidelines.
