Who are we looking for? We have a client seeking legal counsel support on a 4 week project working 5 days a week where you will be working on an audit review. You will be working within a team along side a team of external advisors. To join us, you will: Have at least 4-10 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training). Be experienced in general commercial and corporate law. Be experienced with regulatory and compliance law, or experience in tax law. Be experienced in drafting, negotiating contracts, lease agreements. A pragmatic, commercial mindset and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment. Be client centric commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running.
