This role offers the chance to work on complex and highprofile matters, providing strategic advice and representation to clients navigating challenging estate and succession issues. About The Role Lead and manage estate litigation matters in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, including contentious probate and estate disputes. Work closely with partners and a small, highperforming team to provide practical, commercially grounded advice. Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the teams litigation practice. About You You have extensive experience in estate or general litigation matters, ideally with a minimum of 57 years postadmission experience. Strong analytical, advocacy, and client management skills. Commercially minded, with the ability to manage complex matters efficiently while maintaining excellent client relationships.
