Purpose The Interface Manager will be responsible for identifying, defining, resolving, coordinating, and documenting all interfacing elements and interdependencies within or impacting the Airport Master Systems Integration (MSI) Technology Program. This role ensures a complete, coordinated, and fully integrated systems design while mitigating technology or system interface risks. The Interface Manager will maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs), develop software adaptors where necessary, and monitor the status of all interfaces. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the built environment and airport MSI projects. Key Responsibilities Identify, define, resolve, coordinate, and document all interfacing elements and interdependencies within or impacting the Technology Program. Ensure a complete coordinated and fully integrated systems design to avoid or mitigate technology or system interface risks retained by PAPL. Develop and implement software adaptors to enable interfaces where necessary. Maintain a repository of up-to-date Interface Control Documents (ICDs) reflecting interface elements and obligations of interfacing parties. Monitor and report on the status of ICDs. Facilitate communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure interface alignment. Support integration testing and validation of interfacing systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Qualifications Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration, preferably in airport or infrastructure projects. Proven experience in managing interfaces in the built environment. Strong understanding of systems engineering and integration principles. Experience with ICD documentation and interface management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge & Skills Experience with airport systems such as AODB, FIDS, BHS, CUPPS. Familiarity with software development and integration platforms. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multivendor environment. What We Offer Were all about diversity.
