Project Director

Our client is undergoing a major transformation is seeking a visionary Project Director to lead a multi-year program modernising Finance and HR systems into an integrated, future-ready enterprise platform. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a strategic uplift that will simplify a fragmented systems landscape, reduce technical debt, and enable a more scalable, resilient organisation. With strong executive sponsorship, youll set the foundations for success and shape the roadmap that defines the organisations future. In this role, you will: Build and lead a high-performing team across internal and external delivery partners Drive discovery, requirements gathering, and business process alignment Lead vendor assessment, selection and contract structuring Develop the business case for executive and board approval Establish governance, delivery frameworks, and a clear implementation roadmap Guide organisational change and ensure stakeholders remain engaged and aligned You will bring: demonstrated breadth of experience leading complex multi-year system transformation initiatives, not a portion of the program. Strong experience implementing HRIS and Finance systems Deep understanding of change management and project delivery methodologies Demonstrated commercial acumen and vendor management capability Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum preferred.
