The role: Lead Educator Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families. Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentation of learning. Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices. Champion childrens learning and development to support their strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and connection to the world. What youll bring Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or workingtowards. Indepth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquirybased learning. Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children.
