Are you a licensed real estate agent looking for your next challenge? Ray White is seeking a strong licensed agent to oversee one of Perth''s leading real estate practices. This is an exciting and dynamic position that will be career defining for the right candidate, giving them the opportunity to flex their understanding of all aspects of real estate compliance and operations. The role is charged with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensuring a consistent level of high quality service. The Role The General Manager - Licensee will oversee the agency''s financial performance, strategic direction, and staff management across all teams, including sales and marketing. You will also be responsible for ensuring full compliance with real estate legislation and regulations, managing operational processes, and handling escalated customer service issues and contracts. What you''ll do Operations and Compliance Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency Oversee general administrative processes, including implementing office policies, procedures, and template documents (alongside the office manager) Ensure full compliance with the Real Estate and Business Agents Act (WA), Code of Conduct, Trust Accounting regulations, REIWA forms, processes, and best-practice standards Manage staff leave, employee contracts, and annual leave audits Approve operational costs and negotiate with suppliers Problem-solve daily issues, streamline office systems, software, and workflows Handle escalated customer service issues, complaints, disputes, and risk mitigation Management and Strategy Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance Manage, mentor, conduct performance reviews, and set KPIs for staff in the management, sales, and marketing teams. Work with the Head of Strategy and Growth to set KPIs and implement strategies for the sales team. Support the Director in driving culture and team cohesion. Represent the agency at industry events and community activities. Oversee the agency''s marketing strategy and approve budgets and campaigns. What we''re looking for Real Estate license of full registration (held for a minimum of 2 years) 5 - 10 years (minimum) in the real estate sector (sales or agency operations) with a minimum of 2 years completed at a high performing WA sales agency Proven track record of managing real estate teams Experience overseeing agency financials and annual audits Experience handling complex or escalated client queries and dispute resolution Experience in implementing office systems, procedures, and workflow improvements Proficiency in contract preparation, special conditions, and document management including familiarity with REIWA forms, contracts, and compliance obligations A strong understanding of WA sales processes and real estate contracts Experience in sponsorship, charity partnerships or community engagement is a plus We are dedicated to building an exceptional environment that empowers our talented team to forge outstanding careers and reach their full potential.
