Be among the first 25 applicants. About the Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Commercial Manager and work on a 4:3 roster. Your focus will be on supporting cost and capital reporting, driving variance analysis, and partnering with the business to improve efficiency. You will be integral to embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include Maintenance and development of internal and external cost and capital reporting, including variance analysis Development of capital and operating budgets and forecasts Support monthend activities such as accruals, cost allocations, and inventory adjustments Manage the full capital lifecycle, from proposals to project closeout and depreciation Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements Partner with departments to detail, document and report on business efficiency and improvement initiatives, and improve processes using the group ERP system About You Our ideal candidate is a proactive finance professional with strong skills in budgeting, reporting, compliance, and process improvement, capable of driving cost and capital efficiency across the business. Other Key Skills, Experience, And Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting Proven experience in cost and capital reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills An understanding of underground mining operations is desirable but not essential About 29Metals and Golden Grove 29Metals is an ASXlisted mining company producing copper and other base and precious metals critical to the global energy transition.
