Responsibilities Lead the design development of modular and prefabricated building systems, ensuring alignment with DfMA principles. Coordinate with the Build Living Technical Team. Oversee the preparation and coordination of shop drawings, BIM models, and technical documentation. Collaborate with engineering, production, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturing efficiency. Drive design optimization to reduce material waste, improve constructability, and accelerate project timelines. Serve as the technical liaison for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in structural or architectural design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Deep understanding of DfMA, modular construction techniques, and precast concrete systems. Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Idat, Tekla) and parametric modelling. Strong project management and client-facing skills. Background in civil or structural engineering preferred; licensure is a plus. Experience working on mid-rise, high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects is advantageous.
