As we unlock the untapped potential within our 1000km2 land holding, Ora Banda Mining invites individuals who share our passion for exploration, sustainable mine development and responsible resource management to join us on this exciting adventure.The RoleApplications are sought from experienced Senior Administrators to join the team at Ora Banda.The responsibilities of this role will include:Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, supporting day-to-day operational activities as required.Coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transport.Assist with the planning and coordination of site visits for internal and external stakeholders.Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate events, board meetings, and industry conferences.Contribute to general office operations, including facility coordination and liaising with property managers and external vendors.Assist with the delivery of office improvement initiatives and projects that enhance workplace functionality and experience.Coordinate desk allocation for new starters and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organised onboarding experience.Provide general office support during staff leave periods, including inbox monitoring and maintaining office cleanliness and orderliness.Assist the Executive Assistant/Office Manager with Board-related tasks, including liaison, document collation, signature coordination, and timely distribution of materials.Assist in the preparation and finalisation of professional documents and presentations, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines.Use tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe to design and produce corporate communication materials.Draft, format, and proof internal communications, reports, and other documents, ensuring brand consistency and professional presentation.Maintain the accuracy and relevance of content on the company intranet and website.Distribute corporate announcements, including ASX releases, through designated platforms (e.g., website, Mailchimp), and provide backup support for OBM-X and social media communications.About youYour qualifications, skills and experience:Demonstrated experience in a similar roleAdvanced administrative skills including diary management, travel coordination, document preparation and meeting supportStrong planning, organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervisionAbility to develop effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, with good interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organisation and external stakeholdersAttention to detail, strong proofreading, formatting and professional designProactive, flexible and adaptable, able to work autonomously and as part of a teamTechnical proficiency including high skills in Microsoft Office, digital collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint, and CanvaDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrityStrong problem solving skills, able to anticipate and proactively resolve issuesYour motivation:We are looking for people who want to make a difference, love to challenge themselves and others to do better, and pursue solutions with intent.
