As a Production Manager, you''ll be at the heart of ensuring our plants run safely and efficiently. Your expertise will be crucial in working with teams and contractors to meet our goals, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. What you will enjoy doing Lead daytoday operations of multiple remote and metropolitan onsite production facilities. Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of all plants. Oversee plant startups, shutdowns, troubleshooting, and abnormal operations. Respond rapidly to operational issues, coordinating resources to minimise customer and business impact. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Plant Technicians and contractors. Collaborate with logistics, ROC operators, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Act as a key point of escalation for customer supply issues and operational disruptions. Manage the maintenance system (CMMS), including work planning, scheduling, job closure, and record accuracy. Lead site safety programs, including PTW, JSA, risk reviews, inductions, and contractor management. What makes you great Bachelors degree in engineering, operations, or equivalent experience in industrial production environments. 5+ years experience in plant operations, with at least 3 years in leadership roles. Strong mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation aptitude. Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, CMMS systems, and reliability improvement. Proven ability to lead autonomous teams across multiple sites. Strong problemsolving, troubleshooting, and decisionmaking capability. Experience with industrial safety systems (PTW, risk assessments, MHF compliance). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work flexibly and respond to afterhours operational issues.
