People and Safety - Supply Adviser

Job No: TCE4666 Commencement Date: Salary Range: $78,260 to $82,065 per annum pending experience + Super Deliver seamless staffing support across our school communities. Join our People & Safety team and play a key role in supporting our schools through the coordination of supply staffing across the Diocese. In this busy and rewarding role, youll provide high-level administrative and HR support managing end-to-end processes for supply staff, maintaining accurate records and compliance, and ensuring timely placements that keep our schools running smoothly. Youll be joining a professional, collaborative and fun team where every day brings variety. Working within the Supply team, youll liaise with Principals, supply staff and external partners while delivering reliable, people-focused service. Tech-savvy and organised, youll use systems including HRIS software, TechOne and Google Workspace to manage data efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This additional role has been created to further support the Supply team and assist in implementing enhancements to our current supply program. Youll play a part in strengthening processes and supporting new ways of working that will help our schools access quality supply staff more efficiently. Youll bring strong HR or administrative experience (ideally within contracts, onboarding or staffing), exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with calm and care.
