Job No: TCE4651 Commencement Date: 16 March 2026 Salary Range: $78,260 TO $82,065 per annum pending experience + Super Play a key role in our People and Safety team through accurate contract administration. Were looking for a proactive and detail-focused People and Safety Adviser Contracts to support the accurate processing and administration of employment contracts across Townsville Catholic Education. This role is central to ensuring contract requests from schools and office teams are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Youll manage the end-to-end administration of employment contracts, including onboarding, position changes, extensions and terminations, while maintaining accurate employee records within our HRIS. Youll work closely with Principals, Managers and the broader People and Safety team to ensure documentation is complete, compliant and actioned efficiently. With strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy, youll help maintain consistency across the contracting process and support smooth workforce operations. Youll be systems-savvy and comfortable working across HRIS platforms such as Aurion, along with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment, youll bring a service-focused mindset, professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
