Emergency Services Officer Become a crucial member of our team at Ravenswood Gold Mine, where you''ll fulfill the multifaceted role of an Emergency Services Officer. You''ll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our operations while being prepared to respond effectively to emergencies and medical incidents. Working on a roster of 8 days on followed by 6 days off; 7 nights on followed by 7 nights off, as per operational requirements, and with camp accommodation and meals provided, you''ll play a critical role in maintaining the security and safety of our organisation and its valuable assets. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate a safety-first culture in line with Ravenswood Gold''s Vision and Values. Provide asset protection, site access control, and surveillance. Conduct patrols, loss prevention searches, and manage traffic movements. Monitor surveillance footage and respond to high-risk situations. Assist with emergency response capabilities and proactive risk management. Respond to medical incidents and execute emergency procedures effectively. Perform first aid and advanced medical procedures as required. Operate breathing apparatus, conduct confined space and vertical rescues, and undertake road crash rescue operations. Execute fire team operations and manage hazardous materials safely. Key Requirements and licences, but not limited to: Current Manual MR Drivers Licence. Certificate II in Security Operations. NT Security Licence or QLD Security Licence that can be transferred.
