(AO4), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).Additional benefits:Great professional development opportunitiesAttractive salary sacrificing optionsParental leave and flexible working arrangementsEmployee assistance and staff wellness programsSupportive and inclusive workplace environmentAccess to corporate discountsAbout the role:Contribute to development and delivery of an effective safety management system.Actively participate in the identification of workplace health and safety hazards and development of risk mitigation strategies.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, providing appropriate support in line with relevant work health and safety policies, standards, and procedures.Lead work health and safety investigations and prepare high-quality written investigation reports inclusive of corrective actions.Monitor and analyse incident and hazard data to identify trends and emerging risks.Role requirements:Whilst not mandatory, possession of a current qualification in work health and safety is highly desirable.Working with Townsville HHS:Our vision is world-class healthcare for northern Queensland.
