General Manager RedMane Coaching We are RedMane CoachingAustralias #1 property flipping education company. We empower everyday Aussies to master the art of flipping and design a life they love. Our proven program has helped students generate millions in profits, and were looking for a General Manager to help take RedMane into its next phase of growth. YOUR MISSION Own the business as if it were your own. Youll work side by side with the CEO to lead the company across operations, finance, and deliveryensuring every department runs like a highperformance machine. Turn strategy into action, people into performers, and opportunities into results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & People Management Recruit, onboard, and manage new employees and contractors. Conduct performance reviews and lead ongoing staff development. Oversee and support the Student Success and Coaching teams. Foster a strong, valuesdriven company culture across all departments. Develop systems to improve team communication, accountability, and output. Operations & Compliance Oversee daily business operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality. Manage legal matters in collaboration with RedManes legal partners. Ensure all employee and contractor agreements are compliant and current. Handle student enquiries with professionalism. Implement processes that improve operational performance and scalability. Finance & Reporting Manage budgets, cash flow, and profit & loss statements. Liaise with the accountant on all financial, accounting, and tax matters. Prepare business forecasts, summaries, and regular performance reports for the CEO. Identify opportunities for increased profitability and sustainable growth. Work closely with the CEO to define and execute business strategy. Drive revenue growth through new initiatives, partnerships, and product development. Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to stay ahead of the market. Lead business development activities to expand RedManes brand and influence. Support innovation across all departments to ensure longterm scalability. Ensure alignment between Sales, Marketing, Coaching, and Operations teams. Provide regular updates to the CEO on key metrics, wins, and challenges. Champion crossdepartmental collaboration to deliver an exceptional student experience. KEY ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE Proven experience in a senior leadership or general management role. Strong understanding of operations, finance, and business strategy. Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills. Commercially minded, datadriven, and executionfocused.
