The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role provides essential administrative support to the Maintenance team at Phosphate Hill, contributing to efficient operations through documentation, coordination, and resource support. This is a 12-month maximum term contract, offered on a FIFO 4/3 roster from Townsville, with work also possible in the Townsville office. You will also; Manage administrative tasks including record-keeping, reporting, and task prioritization using Microsoft Suite, SAP and other tools Provide administration support to maintenance department Service and material management, including purchase requisitions, service entry, invoice reconciliation. Carry out onboarding, offboarding and roster changes of employees, contractors and visitors as per site and accommodation procedures Collaborate with administration officers across the site to provide backfill support and foster teamwork Support maintenance and cross-functional teams with stakeholder management and coordination Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including wearing and caring for PPE as required What youll bring You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture Certificate in administration or similar advantageous Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite suite of products Experience with SAP or Similar(requisition, service entry, work orders and time confirmations) Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities Professional approach, with strong organization and prioritization skills Ability to adapt to remote/FIFO work, including camp living and time management If you are excited about the role and think you have what it takes but your experience doesnt align 100% we still want to hear from you.
