You will experience specialist support from a diverse and caring team, as you drive community and family engagement, with children at the heart of your service philosophy. The role of Room Leader role will involve: Leading, managing, and motivating appointed room staff to achieve the objectives of the Centre and support staff in their development Assisting with the mentoring of permanent and casual employees Following an approved curriculum, where you will be a role modelling for children in developing lifelong skills and instilling in them a passion for learning Making lessons captivating and enjoyable for individuals and small groups of children Delivering consistent high-quality practice of the National Quality Framework Ensuring that records are maintained accurately for each child in care This is a full time opportunity at Torquay ELC.
