What Youll Do Lead the editorial team and set the creative direction for Man of Manys written, audio and video content. Drive audience growth through innovative content strategy, SEO and analyticsinformed decision making. Inspire and mentor a talented team of writers, editors and creators. Champion experimentation, from longform features to socialfirst video and podcasts. Oversee content quality and ensure everything we publish reflects our voice. What Were Looking For 10+ years experience with at least 5+ in digital media, and proven experience leading editorial teams. A sharp editorial instinct and impeccable writing and editing skills. Someone who can spot emerging trends, uncover untold stories and turn a spark of relevance into content that truly connects. Deep understanding of SEO, digital publishing and audience growth. Experience with multiplatform content, including articles, podcasts and video. A natural leader whos collaborative, motivating and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
