This role primarily focuses on working with our key client, Samsung Consumer Electronics.Primary FunctionThe Live Stream Producer is responsible for overseeing the co-ordination, management, and scheduling of a continuing live stream shopping series for a major global brand.Duties and Responsibilities:Scope, spec, and project manage the live stream production.Develop and implement production schedules, forecast resource needs and monitor progress to ensure key milestones are met on time.Manage the scheduling of talent and crew.Monitor and manage production costs and ensure efficient resource utilisation.Ensure production meets quality standards.Ensure production complies with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.Continuously analyse production processes and implement improvements to optimise workflows.Liaise with the client and have a clear understanding of the products and offers to be communicated in the live broadcast.Respond quickly to unexpected situations and make adjustments as needed to maintain production quality.Troubleshoot operational challenges.Track and report the performance metrics of the live stream shopping broadcasts.Adhere to best-practice processes in managing files and assets.Maintain a commitment to professional excellence and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.Qualifications and Experience:2+ years plus experience in video production.Tertiary degree or equivalent qualification in Media Arts and Production, Film Production or a related field.Proven experience as a video or film producer.Experience in client service and relationship management.Familiarity with project management software (Productive, Wrike, or similar).Personal Attributes:Strong stakeholder/client management skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Results and outcome driven.Able to make quick decisions under pressure.Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and unexpected events quickly.Innovative mindset, open minded, outgoing, energetic and positive.Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and be pro-active.Strong organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills.Punctual and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Life at CheilAt Cheil, we truly value our people and promote a healthy, collaborative and supportive culture.
