As Carbon Delivery Projects Manager, you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of carbon projects under the ACCU scheme, ensuring best-practice outcomes across a diverse portfolio. Working closely with a small, high-performing team, you will help shape the success of Corporate Carbons growing project pipeline. The roleAs the Carbon Delivery Projects Manager, you will work under the direction of the Head of Forest Regeneration and the Group Technical Officer with a close-knit team to help drive and manage the delivery of Corporate Carbons carbon projects, supporting Australias transition to a low-carbon future. You will coordinate project management, technical delivery, and compliance processes to ensure the successful implementation of projects under the ACCU scheme and other relevant standards.In this role, you will act as a key contributor within a small, high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence. You will manage day-to-day project activities, monitor progress against objectives, and implement solutions to complex project challenges. Your work will be central to the technical design, modelling, monitoring, verification (M&V), and reporting requirements of carbon projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards and comply with Clean Energy Regulator methodologies and Corporate Carbons internal procedures.You will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Forest Regeneration and Group Technical Officer in driving continuous improvement across project delivery. This includes identifying risks and opportunities, contributing to process enhancements, and ensuring alignment between project outcomes and Corporate Carbons broader strategic goals including knowledge sharing and mentoring of colleagues where appropriate. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, clients, service providers, and internal teams will be essential for maintaining compliance and supporting effective, timely project reporting.The role will also see you coordinate and conduct site visits for monitoring, audits, and project delivery activities. You will work with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external bodies to ensure site-specific requirements are met, proactively addressing challenges and maintaining operational excellence across all project sites.This is a pivotal role at an industry leader, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to meaningful environmental, social, and economic outcomes. Knowledge and experienceA graduate qualification in data science, engineering or other relevant or related technical discipline.Minimum three years experience in a project delivery role.Ability to grasp technical concepts, standards and regulatory requirements.Ability to design and implement scripted workflows with an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel.Understanding of project delivery principles, standards, practices and frameworks.Implementing bespoke project delivery and compliance processes and systems.Stakeholder engagement.Understanding of FullCAM is desirable but not essential.5.
