Our reputation for solving complex problems means we need a bright spark to join our growing Sydney team.About the role:Leading a line of business, and team of consultants in the occupational hygiene, environmental, and hazardous building materials consulting part of the business. In this role you will have full autonomy and accountability for the success of this line of business. You will be rewarded by the success of the line of business over time and be supported in your role by leaders of other service lines across the business.The existing team is well functioning, has a strong pipeline of work, and is looking for a leader that can springboard it to the next level of market growth.The right candidate based in Melbourne or Brisbane may also be considered.In this leadership, business development and account management role, your responsibilities will include:Building new business and winning new workManaging a team of consultantsManaging the systems and processes for this service lineProviding clients with services in the areas of asbestos, environment, hazardous materials and occupational hygieneLeading and delivering projects which provide clients with technical advice, assessments, inspections, audits, training, workshops, investigations, analysis, and reports on environmental, occupational hygiene, and hazardous materialsConducting and supervising sampling and field workDelivering client reports and participating in Work Science quality assurance processesProviding leadership and support to team members, especially in the occupational hygiene, environmental and hazardous materials service lineDesigning and delivering high-quality assignments and engagementsConducting quality assurance on client deliverablesOther tasks and work as required to drive successful outcomes for Work Science and our clientsAbout you:Are you a highly motivated, skilled professional and looking to take the next step in your career?
