About The Role Responsible for the safe, coordinated and successful delivery of project site works, to achieve project targets, in accordance with The ADCO Way. Responsibilities Contribute to the documents and plans that govern the project deliveryResponsible for ensuring that subcontractor plans comply with project requirements for safety, quality, methodology, resourcingManage the site set up and maintenance, in line with the project plansResponsible for the coordination of the day-to-day site activities to ensure all site undertakings are in line with the project plansOwn and communicate the short-term lookahead program for deliveryManage subcontractor performanceManage site works throughout the duration of the project to ensure defect-free handoverCoordinate and communicate with the extended project team to achieve project goalsAllocate and clearly communicate roles and responsibilities between site management teamFoster a positive and respectful site working environment between all parties About You Experienced in a similar role with large building project experienceIdeally completed 3 to 4 projects with the new build commercial sector up to $200mTrade background and/or relevant qualificationDemonstrated IR experience, and the ability to drive a strong HSE and QA culture onsite and in-line with The ADCO Way APPLY NOW If this is a role you believe you would be suited to or want to hear more about it, please contact [email protected].
