Digital Security GTM LeadWestpac Banking Corporation Sydney, AustraliaJob DescriptionHow will I help?You will Lead the Security GTM & Education squad. Primarily responsible for developing, managing and executing an engagement plan and program of work, including customer, commercial & risk outcomes.Lead the squad with clarity of objectives, monitoring of performance and continuous improvement initiatives to develop a high performing, connected and commercial team.Drive the delivery of Digital GTM & Education for Security features, ensuring customers stay informed and safe. Provide GTM plans, lead a team of digital experts, understand customer needs, measure results, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate to create and execute a Security content calendar.Key responsibilitiesOversee the delivery of security education and go to market plans, including managing risks, issues & blockers.Management and prioritisation of security initiatives & backlog.Ensure each initiative has clear success metrics and is measured against those.Leverage data-driven insights to provide stakeholders across the group visibility and collaboration on security initiatives.Coach individuals to help them achieve & exceed their Motivate goals and support their career development.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.Managing squad ways of working and capacity to ensure planned activity is delivered within timeframes and of high quality.Ensure risks & mandatory training are managed as our highest priority, including using the ''Should We'' test in every decision we make.What''s in it for me?You''ll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years.
