Seeking a Director to lead and expand the Real Estate business in Australia.This is a pivotal time to join the Australian franchise. Identified as a key growth area within the global strategy, with a strategic plan to increase the business, with a focus on driving revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesOrigination & Execution: Formulate business strategy and execute origination to identify transactions and crosssell opportunities. You must be able to originate and execute endtoend, with a deep understanding of documentation and financing structures.Structuring: Deliver wellstructured, returnsaccretive, and riskoptimal financing solutions. Engage with senior stakeholders to structure loans, bonds, and financing risk solutions.Leadership: Build trusted relationships with Promoters, CSuite, and Sponsors. Lead by example to build the appropriate culture and values within the team.About YouWe are looking for a candidate who understands the dynamics of working for an international bank and can navigate international working hours.Experience: Minimum 8 years in a commercial or investment banking role focused on Commercial Real Estate.Background: Ideally from an international bank. We are open to candidates from the buyside, funds, or domestic banks if you can demonstrate a track record of working with toptier names and complex transactions.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of primary credit markets, valuation, and risk assessment.
