Property Manager - Maternity Leave PositionProviding a relaxed yet professional work environment, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave position and work with our friendly team in Cronulla.To become a member of our team, you will be required to have the following property management experience:Minimum of 4 years experience as a property managerCurrent Certificate of Registration or LicenseDrivers LicenseExperience with PropertyMe preferred, not essentialVery good communication and organisational skillsAbility to maintain an excellent customer focusExcellent time management skillsThe applicant will be required to demonstrate proficiency in outgoing inspections, arrears policy management, legislative knowledge, and conflict resolution. These skills will be assessed for all applicants.Duties will include:Management of a portfolio of local properties within Sutherland Shire, including outgoing inspections, maintenance, new business, rent reviews, and lease renewalsPrimary contact for landlords and tenantsTribunal preparation and attendanceArrears managementThis is a Monday to Friday role working with an easy-going principal and a friendly property management team.
