As Property Manager Operations, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding service to residents and stakeholders while maintaining seamless daily operations.Key responsibilities include:Deliver effective financial management by overseeing budgets, optimising costs and boosting occupancy ratesProvide exceptional service through the implementation of engagement programs while maintaining a high level of resident satisfactionBuild and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and university partners, providing timely updates and reports.Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained following all legal and safety regulations.Recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a positive workplace environment and encourage excellent team performance.Skills & Experience RequiredIt is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years experience in property management, student accommodation or similar field.
