This role is perfect for someone with accounts experience who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment with flexibility and a great team culture.The Role Your key responsibilities will include:Managing multiple email inboxes for invoices and correspondenceEnsuring accurate entry of supplier and tenant invoicesUploading and processing client invoices into trust accounting softwareAssisting with daily and monthly trust account bank reconciliationsResponding to email enquiries from clients where appropriateDrafting basic correspondence as requiredSupporting corrections of BPAY returns and banking uploadsGeneral administrative support as neededAbout You Were looking for someone who is:A confident communicator with a professional and proactive attitudeExperienced in accounts (real estate experience preferred)Highly organised with strong administration skillsFamiliar with trust accounting systems such as PropertyTree or PropertyMe (preferred)Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environmentNo car or Certificate of Registration required for this role.If youre ready to take the next step in your career and want to be part of a team that supports and celebrates success, wed love to hear from you.
