About The ClientSince their inception in the mid-1990s, their team has taken carriage of countless highly complex projects across all industry sectors including retail, residential, commercial, industrial, education and sport.They provide advice throughout the development journey of the property and construction industry.About The RoleAs the Tenancy Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of tenancy fit outs within their portfolio of retail projects. You will undertake general Tenancy Delivery Manager duties throughout all stages of the project to ensure successful tenancy delivery. These duties include but are not limited to the following:Leasing PhaseLiaise with the Leasing Team in the issuing of Tenancy Fitout Guidelines to Lessees and briefing of Lessees on required design and construction standards.Manage the preparation and issue of individual Tenancy plans by the Architect.Establish the tenancy coordination tracking schedule.Design Approval PhaseIssue the project Information pack, which is inclusive of base building documentation, tenancy specific tenancy services requirements questionnaire; tenancy subcontractor detail form, applicable consultants list, site information for use by Lessees and their designers in the preparation of their fitout designs and letting of fitout trades.Regularly update the Tenancy Coordination tracking schedule to reflect the status of the tenancy works.In conjunction with the client produce a schedule of Lessee incentives and Category 1 costs in accordance with the Agreement to Lease and Tenancy Fitout guidelines.Coordinate design reviews of individual tenancies with the clients nominated RDM and issue comments to the Lessee. Liaise with the Lessee to monitor all Authority permit applications are submitted and permits are received in accordance with programme requirements. This includes but is not limited to Building Permit, Planning Permit, Liquor License and Health Permit.Receive the site specific guidelines and issue to fitout contractors (to form part of the tenancy fitout guideline).Construction PhaseUndertake the handover inspection to Lessee and their fitout Contractor.Liaise with Lessee regarding appointment of fitout contractors and ensure all insurance requirements are satisfied and approved prior to commencement of tenancy works on site.Monitor Lessee procedures to ensure appropriate lead times for connection of utilities.Undertake the final inspections of the completed tenancy works and issue a consolidated Defects list to the tenant for their action.Coordinate retail tenancy occupation in conjunction with the client and the project team.If you have 4+ years of experience in Tenancy Delivery and can demonstrate how you''ve managed the above process, please apply now or send your CV to alex@capstonerecruitment.com.au. #J-18808-Ljbffr
