Your core focus is to grow referrals by building strong partnerships, forging community connections, and engaging directly with carers.You''ll bring curiosity, creativity and initiative to the role, identifying gaps in the community and finding new ways to reach carers who may not yet know support is available. By building authentic relationships and approaching each interaction with warmth and purpose, you''ll help more carers access the free information, counselling, coaching and practical assistance offered through Carer Gateway.Key Areas of ResponsibilityGrow referrals to Carer Gateway through proactive outreach in hospitals, community centres, organisations, expos and local events.Build strong stakeholder relationships across referral networks, panels and service providers, acting as a visible and trusted program ambassador.Deliver presentations and information sessions to hospitals, aged care, disability organisations and community groups.Lead and coordinate key events such as Service Provider Days, Open Days and expos, ensuring effective crossteam collaboration.Create and share program materials with consumers, referral agencies and partner organisations.Manage your own schedule and plan activities efficiently.Ensure services are personcentred, connected, effective and safe.Skills and ExperienceWe are committed to ensuring your success in this role!
