We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our organisation through its next phase of growth and impact. The Role Reporting to the Board, the Executive Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and compliance of the organisation. You will drive strategy, ensure regulatory compliance (including ACNC and DGR requirements), oversee program delivery, and lead fundraising and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and operational management to achieve the charitys mission. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including ACNC and ATO requirements for PBIs and DGRs. Oversee program design, delivery, and evaluation for vulnerable communities. Lead fundraising, grant applications, and donor engagement. Manage finances, budgets, and reporting to the Board and regulators. Recruit, develop, and support staff and volunteers. Represent the organisation to donors, partners, government, and the community. About You Proven executive leadership experience in the not-for-profit or charitable sector (PBI/DGR experience highly regarded). Strong knowledge of ACNC governance standards, charity law, and compliance. Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor relations, and financial management. Experience designing and delivering programs for disadvantaged communities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. High level of integrity and commitment to the mission of 25:35 Initiative. Relevant tertiary qualifications in management, social impact, law, or related field (desirable).
