MSFs actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence and neutrality.Benefits of working with MSF AustraliaFlexible & hybrid working arrangementsSalary packaging plus insurance benefits & allowancesAnnual salary & annual performance reviewEmployee Assistance ProgramStrong culture of diversity and inclusionAdditional leave & purchased leave optionsNovated leaseMonthly Friday afternoons off!Responsibilities of your roleReporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager Gift in Wills and Community Fundraising, this newly designed role is accountable for driving revenue from existing and prospective donors through the creation and implementation of Community Fundraising initiatives and events across Australia and New Zealand.You will play a central role in:Supporting the development and delivery of a Community Fundraising StrategyRelationship management of peer-to-peer fundraisers, community partners and third-party fundraising platformsEnsure community fundraising activations are safe, ethical and aligned with best practiceBudget and forecast management; and reporting.This visible role will promote MSF with external partners and collaborate internally with the broader Fundraising team and Engagement department including Digital and Communications.What you will bringTo be successful in this key role, you will enjoy delivering complex projects to deadline and be known for your ability to build strong relationships with a large number of stakeholders at one time. You will thrive in a global humanitarian aid organisation and ideally can demonstrate:Demonstrated relationship management experience particularly in donor retention.Knowledge of broad fundraising principles and industry best practices.Strong organisational and administrative skills, including experience with project management.Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and compassionately.ApplicationsSelect the Apply button and upload your resume and cover letter via the MSFA Careers Portal.
