Based in our Sydney office, with flexible work-from-home options, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive philanthropic initiatives that will have a lasting impact on Butterfly''s ability to increase advocacy and support for the 1.1 million people in Australia living with an eating disorder.This role is responsible for managing Butterfly''s major donors and trust & foundation grants programs. For both programs, this role will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with current funders and donors as well as actively soliciting new donors and grants.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a multi-year philanthropy strategy for major gifts and trust and foundation grants, driving growth and aligning with industry benchmarks.Oversee and grow the Major Gifts program, including nurturing relationships, creating tailored engagement plans, and expanding the donor pipeline.Lead the development of a sustainable trust and foundation grant program, ensuring strong relationships, effective reporting, and the creation of compelling project briefs.Required Experience & Skills3+ years'' experience in a major gift and/or philanthropy roleUnderstanding of the trust and foundation landscape in AustraliaStrong relationship management skillsExcellent writing, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to comfortably pitch for new business.Ready to make an impact?
