About the Role Permanent, Full-Time Position Hybrid work model: Work from Home and from the Office Competitive Salary As a Course Coordinator for the Community Service Programs, you will oversee the successful delivery of the Bachelor of Community Services programs by managing academic staff, coordinating program delivery, and ensuring a student-focused experience. Key Responsibilities include: Develop curriculum, deliver courses, and assess students. Ensure programs meet industry standards and deliver high-quality outcomes. Mentor teaching staff and conduct performance reviews. Manage daily operations, including timetabling and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with academic policies, maintain accreditation, and meet regulatory standards. Participate in program reviews and updates; prepare reports for academic committees. About You Ideally, you hold a PhD in social work or a related welfare discipline such as social work, counseling, psychology, or similar, with industry experience. (PhD preferred; Masters acceptable) Proven leadership experience with excellent program administration and organizational skills. Willingness to complete or hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Experience in academic leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor staff. Familiarity with relevant education policies, procedures, and standards. Experience maintaining academic quality and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. A passionate academic professional with a strong background in community services education, curriculum development, teaching, and program coordination, capable of managing both academic and operational aspects.
