We''re a registered B Corp and fully committed to an inclusive, equitable and forwardthinking workplace culture.Your New RoleWe''re looking for a handson Performance Marketing Specialist who loves running paid campaigns and enjoys digging into the numbers to understand what''s working and what to try next. This role blends paid media execution and practical analytics. You''ll help drive growth across key channels, improve how we measure performance, and constantly look for smarter ways to invest our media budget. You''ll thrive here if you like rolling up your sleeves, testing ideas, learning fast and seeing the direct impact of your work.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Buying & OptimisationBuild, manage and optimise campaigns across Google, SA360, DV360, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital channels.Actively test audiences, creatives, bids and formats to improve efficiency (CPA, CPL, ROAS).Monitor pacing, budgets and funnel performance to hit growth targets.Manage AdTech configuration and integrations.Configure and deploy A/B and multivariate tests across digital platforms.Analytics, Measurement & InsightUse GA4 and platform data to understand journeys, dropoffs and opportunities.Create and maintain dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio / Power BI).Turn numbers into clear insights and recommendations not just reports.Support campaign experiments and share learnings across the team.Implement multitouch attribution models, incrementality experiments, and funnel analysis with support from agency.About YouYou''re curious, proactive and comfortable working in the details. You enjoy both sides of performance marketing building campaigns and understanding the story behind the data. You don''t need to tick every box we value curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset.
