OverviewAffiliate Director - Fixed-Term Contract at Carat Australia. 8 month engagement working with one of our longest-tenured clients in Sydney, Australia. This role leads a team to deliver transformative results through tailored affiliate programs and data-driven solutions within the Australian affiliate landscape.ResponsibilitiesWork with a committed team to ensure programs/projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered toManage and oversee client media plans and programs to ensure key offers are communicated with affiliates in a timely mannerProvide support across partner recruitment, partner management and program managementEnsure programs are set up and optimised in line with Network best practiceEnsure end-of-month processes are followed accurately to ensure clients are billed and partners are paid accuratelyEnsure campaign tracking is correctly set up, monitored and issues identified early on to prevent campaign disruptionAbout You / QualificationsExtensive expertise and experience in delivering tailored affiliate programs3+ years experience within an Affiliate/Performance-based marketing roleStrong understanding of setting up, managing, and reporting on affiliate programs, with a focus on driving performance-based results for clientsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills and the ability to manage varying projects and deadlinesStrong analytical skills and capability to draw insights and provide recommendations based on data findingsPrevious experience leading a team, providing opportunities for continuous learning and development, and managing day-to-day workflowsThe Affiliate Director will lead a team of 3 to deliver transformative business results for our clients. You will understand the Australian affiliate landscape and shape innovative data-driven and consumer-led solutions.
