Most of the team are based in Sydney but we are open to great talent wherever they are based. We are a fun, fast-paced team who work hard to develop and deliver quality programs.RoleOur ANZ C-Suite Engagement Programs purpose is twofold; to help sales close larger deals faster through building executive goodwill for ServiceNow and to also identify and engage new executive relationships to broaden the discussion and understanding of ServiceNow across the C-suite.Both objectives require positioning ServiceNow as a trusted partner to the C-suite and creating mutual and sustainable value for everyone involved through account-based and white-glove executive experiences.As the Executive Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for all thought leadership and integrated programs from design to overseeing the delivery of high-impact programs that will elevate our relevance to the C-suite, by tying ServiceNows transformational solutions to the business imperatives that CXOs care about most across our executive engagements, including our flagship executive programs and C-Suite Events.This position must interface professionally and effectively with our internal leadership team and partner cross-functionally with teams including communications, brand, and demand to build thought leadership strategy and audience acquisition plans that will enable performance-driven CXO campaigns that create and accelerate pipeline, change perceptions or positioning, drive customer/prospect engagement, and establish ServiceNow as a trusted innovator to the C-suite.You will play a leading role in the ANZ Marketing team by being a core business partner to our C-suite, utilizing them to inform and host peer-led conversations with customers and prospects that will help inform narratives for executive programs and C-suite initiatives. You will also need to collaborate and work across other marketing programs in the business to ensure we always have consistent and compelling customer journeys for our most valuable clients.Key ResponsibilitiesFrom strategy to execution manage all CXO Engagement thought leadership, content, campaign messaging, events and drive cohesive narratives across multiple platforms and touchpoints in partnership with sales and local marketing teams.Build and lead a planning framework for cohesively connecting and strategizing cross-functionally with teams, such as corporate comms and our customer engagement leads, ABM and Pursuits leads to develop thought leadership that supports all executive programs.Explore ongoing storytelling and narratives that support regional C-level engagements with agency partners, professional associations, and industry bodies.Develop and scope team projects that map to critical business goals such as topics that drive CXO conversation and engagement.Help identify opportunities to bring CXOs together, aligned to common beliefs, values, and interests.Act as a voice of the CxO in helping to formulate messaging and approaches for relevant programs and touchpoints across the business and marketing team.Build and maintain an audience acquisition strategy that is supported by a series of nurture programs that win, attract, and grow our CXO audiences.Work effectively across the organization in partnership with APAC Field Marketing, APJ communications, APAC ABM, and Campaign teams.Act as a customer listening board, participate in C-suite experiences and interviews, using the insights to inform future narratives and strategic initiatives.Partner closely with APAC and Global teams to bring the best of ServiceNow to our CXO customers.To be successful in this role you have:Domain expertise in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).Experience working with C-suite, Sales, and Field Marketing.This role will work with our most senior people in the business, and the ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence these leaders to drive outcomes will be key to the success in this role.Ability to innovate, think differently to be competitive in the market, and engage our customers across an omni-channel approach.An authority on Data that seeds a data-driven approach into everything they do, including demonstrating program effectiveness, data contact expansion, engagement, and deal influence.Effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines and organizations within a high-velocity, shifting environment. Collaboration skills need to be second to none.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels (including Executive leadership), conceptually and tactically.The ability to organize different teams (internally and externally) around shared goals and manage the ambiguity that sometimes comes from working cross-functionally.Experience to engage and curate compelling programs with external vendors and external marketing agencies.Ability to be a self-starter, think independently, and take a hands-on approach.We need a thinker and doer that is able to work from strategy to execution.A proven relationship builder relationships are key to getting things done.Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or technology-related field is preferred or relevant working experience in lieu of a degree.8+ years of relevant experience with some of that managing individuals and agencies.Not sure if you meet every qualification?
