Based at our Glendenning facility, we are committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organised production environment.About The RoleThe Production Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Production Manager by coordinating daily and weekly production schedules, monitoring job progress, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. This is a handson coordination role requiring strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Production Manager with daily and weekly production scheduling.Coordinate and monitor job progress to ensure production timelines are met.liaise with production teams to address workflow, resource, or scheduling issues.maintain and promote high standards of product quality.ensure workplace health and safety standards are consistently followed.assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.manage inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.maintain accurate production documentation and records.identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within production operations.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a production, manufacturing, or coordination role.Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.Experience with inventory management and production documentation.Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.High attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.What We OfferCompetitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 + Super.Fulltime, permanent position.Opportunity to work with a stable international organisation.Supportive team environment with strong leadership.Longterm career growth and development opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
