Responsibilities Operate at the heart of production supportensuring schedules run smoothly, stock is ready, and exceptions are handled with precision. Resolve client audit requests and collaborate across Scheduling, Handline, and Procurement to keep jobs on track. Apply knowledge of compliance, accuracy, and efficiency to dynamic communication environments. Lead the Production Support Team to enhance pre and postproduction processes, implement training plans, and safeguard technical expertise. Forecast production requirements, deliver operational reporting, and deputise for the Operations Manager when required. Qualifications Strong commitment to operational discipline and quality, ensuring all processes meet standards. Experience refining and implementing ISO procedures in collaboration with management and staff. Leadership and coordination skills that optimise people and machine resources across shifts. Ability to handle downtime issues, maintain vendor and supplier relationships, and deliver remediation plans.
