Tech Transactions Counsel | AI & SaaS Focus

Global financial services group recruiting multiple Legal Counsel positions (c3-5 years PQE level) to support a growing Technology legal division. You will be joining a large, supportive and collegiate team giving you varied and interesting work in an environment where legal is truly embedded in the business.These positions sit within the group legal function and are enterprise wide in focus and provide legal and strategic advice as well as deal execution capabilities on complex and high-value technology transactions. From negotiating SaaS contracts, to advising on cutting edge financial services use cases leveraging the power of generative AI, you will play a key role in supporting the Group implement its aggressive technology strategy.We are seeking a least 3 years of PQE level with technology contracting experience with expertise drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts dealing with SaaS and other cloud-based offerings; software and technology licensing; and regulated outsourcing arrangements. It may be the banking industry but more dynamic than you may imagine. They are a digital only bank and there is exposure to Bluechip vendors, and they offer a number of AI platforms and solutions.
