This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with 25 years'' experience in restructuring and insolvency to join a tierone insolvency and banking litigation team. With a steady pipeline of complex work and direct access to major institutional clients, this role offers the chance to deepen your expertise across securities enforcement, external administrations, and commercial litigation.You''ll be working closely with a senior partner recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for their restructuring and insolvency expertise, with more than two decades of experience acting for Australia''s largest banks and insolvency practitioners. The team is known for its strategic, highstakes matters spanning federal and state jurisdictions including secured recovery actions, advisory work for liquidators and administrators, and complex restructures with both domestic and crossborder dimensions.The team environment is collaborative and highperforming, with a strong focus on excellence and shared success.
