Senior Lawyer - Funds

We are working with an international US law firm based in Sydney who are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Funds team.The Role:The successful candidate will join a market-leading Funds team, advising global companies, fund managers, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds.The lawyer will work on fund formations, capital raisings, investments and M&A deals, as well as providing strategic regulatory advice. This role will be a mix of transactional and regulatory work.
