You will be working as part of a team providing support to Partners including:representing Government clients.attending a high volume of Court and Tribunal appearances.What You OfferWe are looking for a proactive litigation Solicitor who will bring energy and innovation to Hicksons| Hunt & Hunt.The ideal candidate will have:2-4 years PQEMust have experience in Administrative Law or Public Law, or a background in Government Litigation.Advocacy experience preferably in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court and/or Administrative Appeals Tribunal.Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.The ability to work well within a team environment and manage a high-volume workload.Strong stakeholder experience.Willingness to travel intra/interstate for court appearances if necessary.Strong technical skills including in legal document drafting and research.Supporting youWe pride ourselves on enabling you to achieve your career aspirations.
