The Role Were seeking a confident Employment or WHS Lawyer to join the Sydney team. Your work will include: Advising on contracts, performance, terminations, IR and ER matters Managing workplace disputes, unfair dismissal and Fair Work claims Drafting policies, contracts and contractor agreements Supporting clients during WHS incidents, investigations and prosecutions Partnering on largescale workforce change, restructures and bargaining Youll work with top-tier clients, alongside senior lawyers who invest in your growth.
