Our client is seeking a talented Legal Consultant to join their Asia Pacific Legal team in Australia for a 6Month Contract. This is a sole contributor role supporting highprofile IPO and sellside M&A transactions. Youll work closely with senior bankers and legal colleagues across the region and globally. What Youll Do: Review and negotiate key transaction documents Instruct and manage external counsel Support the structuring and execution of corporate and capital markets deals Contribute to internal policy, process, and documentation development Monitor regulatory developments and advise on market trends Act as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders What Were Looking For: Australian-qualified lawyer with 15+ years postqualification experience Strong experience in transactional legal work (IPOs, M&A) Ability to independently manage deals and take ownership Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with senior bankers Please apply and we can have a confidential discussion.
