Senior Investigator / Investigator

As aSenior Investigator / Investigatoryou will be accountable for:Managing or leading and contributing to investigations into suspected criminal misconduct by developing investigation strategy, planning, and conducting the investigation, leading staff, and managing resources to ensure a timely and effective outcome.Planning and scoping investigations, identifying the most appropriate investigative approach.Employing a range of evidence gathering techniques including conducting examinations, interviewing witnesses, taking witness statements, and undertaking document review using electronic tools.Analysing collected evidence utilising technology and relevant legal knowledge and develop appropriate case theories and actively progress investigations.Identifying issues arising in investigations that present challenges and overcoming these these may be technical, practical, or legal in nature.Guiding team members in the development of investigation strategy, planning and conduct of the investigation.Utilising technology to analyse data, information and documentation in order to identify and present relevant evidence to efficiently and actively progress investigations.interviewing and obtaining information from a range of witnesses and developing relationships with witnesses. #J-18808-Ljbffr
