Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia''s leading independent law firmAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Commercial Litigation group in Sydney, supporting a highly regarded partner and a small team of lawyers.This role will be well suited to an organised and proactive administrative assistant who is capable of prioritising and taking responsibility for day to day tasks supporting their team. Exposure to working in a litigation practice would be advantageous but not essential.Key Responsibilities:File managementMatter openingManaging calendars and appointmentsBilling, time coding and reportingAssisting with events and business development activitiesAssisting with travel and accommodation bookingsRequired skills and personal attributes:Demonstrated administrative support experience within a legal environmentOutstanding organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detailDemonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and commitmentsHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook and Excel)Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance related softwareAbility to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clientsAt Corrs, we help you achieve your ambition - at every stage of your career.About us:Corrs Chambers Westgarth is Australias leading independent law firm.
