Develop and refine your origination skills and take ownership of key work streams within a deep existing client base. Lead execution of mid to upper mid-market domestic and global M&A mandates within a high performing advisory team. Our client is a well-established leading independent corporate advisory house with strong global reach. They are looking to appoint a new mid level VP to Director in order to manage their continued organic expansion and ever-growing deal pipeline. Core to our search is finding a candidate who they can mould into a high performing MD as part of a longterm succession planning strategy. Culturally our client is known for their strong staff retention, meritocratic approach to management, consistency of team structure, and awareness staff worklife needs. Promotions are not purely tenure based, they are heavily weighted towards internal and external contributions from both a revenue and culture perspective, making this a great opportunity for the right candidate to be accelerated quickly. In this role you will join a wellstructured team focused on delivering fullcycle M&A advice on transactions for private and listed clients. You will lead key elements of deal execution whilst managing a junior team and not being afraid to get your hands dirty on models when required. Key to this role will be working closely with the MD bench on client strategy and progressing your origination/client management skillset over time. The ideal candidate will have between 712 years of experience in M&A across a variety of sectors, a strong technical base and proven client engagement/management skills. Those with bulge bracket or global experience will be preferred, although candidates with welltenured boutique advisory or Big4 M&A experience are encouraged to apply.
