About this role In this role, you will be responsible for analysing business and technical requirements, evaluating and supporting ICT systems across a range of customer environments, with a strong focus on communication platforms and end-user support. Key responsibilities Analyse and evaluate ICT system requirements by investigating hardware, operating systems, and application issues (onsite and remotely). Assess business needs for collaboration and productivity platforms for Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Jumpcloud etc. and provide administration support. Identify, Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to network connectivity, VPN access, and video conferencing systems. Analyse and Process staff timely onboarding and offboardings w.r.t. access, peripherals, device ordering and liaising. Assist with the conguration, maintenance, and monitoring of VC room equipment (including Google meets and third-party devices). Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring timely resolution of daily technical issues within SLA targets. Develop and maintain Documentation of system procedures, incidents, and resolutions within the ticketing system. Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to assess and escalate complex issues as required. About you Relevant Bachelor degree in Information Technology or work experience in lieu of relevant qualications. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar roles, preferably within a Fintech, Startups or similar IT services business. Hands-on experience supporting G-suite, Microsoft 365, Both Mac and Windows environments. Understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service management. Experience using ITSM/ticketing systems like JIRA, Atlassian suite and remote monitoring tools Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in networking (basic routing, VPNs). Strong communication and customer service skills, with a proactive mindset. Salary range for this role is between $75-90k super. At Stake, were interested in your attitude.
