At Zurich, we''re committed to technical excellence, lifelong learning, and delivering value to our customersbecause creating a brighter future starts with you.Key responsibilities:Underwrite and analyse renewal and new business opportunities within delegated authority levels.Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to deliver tailored property insurance solutions.Leverage data insights and digital tools to inform pricing, coverage decisions, and risk assessments.Partner across Claims, Distribution, and other underwriting lines to support multiline opportunities.Contribute to underwriting innovation by sharing insights and supporting proposition development.Important to your success let''s grow together.We''re looking for a seasoned motor underwriter with strong commercial acumen and a digital mindset someone who can balance risk with opportunity, lead change, and collaborate across teams to drive underwriting excellence and innovation.In order to be successful, you will have the following:Some underwriting experience, preferable motor underwriting, or experience in motor claims or as a broker.Understanding of underwriting systems, digital platforms, and data analytics.Skilled in risk assessment using both traditional and digital methodologies.Effective communicator and collaborator with internal teams and external partners.Belong.
